The In-House Agency Leaders Club

IHALC was created in 2020 by ex-Creative Review Editor Patrick Burgoyne and consultancy WDC as a place to bring together the in-house agency community. Our LinkedIn group includes over 300 leaders of in-house agencies at major brands.

Our mission

We want to provide a space where the in-house community can learn from and inspire each other, share best practice and problems, ask and answer questions. Think of it as a mutual self-help group for in-house creatives.

The In-House Life

Here on Substack, we will be exploring what it means to lead and work in an in-house agency today. We will be publishing interviews, case studies, inspiration and insight pieces alongside news of our free online events and, soon we hope, in-person meet-ups. We want to be the go-to publication for anyone working at an in-house agency.
